1. Introduction
Welcome to the SuperSelf App. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we manage your information. SuperSelf Ltd. is based in Ireland and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU).
2. Information We Collect
We collect two main types of information:
Information You Provide: Includes your name, email address, and any other details you voluntarily submit.
Information Collected Automatically: Includes device details, log information, location data, and cookies when you use the App.
3. How We Use Your Information
We may use your information for the following purposes:
To provide, maintain, and improve our services;
To communicate with you, including sending updates and support messages;
To ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations;
To send email reminders to encourage continued use of the App (reminders can be turned off in your profile settings at any time).
4. Analytics and Tracking
We use Google Analytics to track how users interact with the SuperSelf App. This includes data on user actions within the App, such as button clicks, screen views, and navigation flows. These interactions are tied to the email address you use to log in, solely for the purpose of improving our user interface and enhancing your experience.
We also use PostHog, a session recording tool, to better understand user interactions within the App. All session recordings are fully privacy-masked — meaning no text inputs, images, or user-identifiable data are captured. These recordings are reviewed internally only to improve the usability and experience of the App, and are never shared with any third parties.
We do not use this data for advertising purposes, and we do not share it with any third parties. All data is stored and handled in accordance with GDPR requirements. You may contact us at legal@superself.ai if you wish to request access to or deletion of your interaction data.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following cases:
With your consent;
For legal reasons, such as compliance with law enforcement requests;
In case of business transfers, such as mergers or acquisitions.
Additionally, we do not share your personal information, including your name, email address, or any other details in your user profile, with any external large language model (LLM). However, any information a user provides when creating a visualization session is sent to an external LLM, although personal identifying information such as name and email address is not attached. We encourage users not to share identifiable personal information when creating a visualization session.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
